Chicago radio offers some tunes for the market watchers. The DJ seems to be in the camp watching the retirement account see-saw. Wall Street insiders were busy buying up bargains and no doubt playing victory marches and fist-pumping rock n' roll. I had no luck trying to stream WXRT's Saturday Morning Flashback to the1980s --when passbook savings earned a lot more interest!!
